Why does my application keep crashing?

Android versions lower than 5.0, and iOS versions lower than 11.0 are currently not supported
by myTOYOTA Shuttle PH, please update your operating system and try again. Ensure that
you have your data, location services and notifications enabled for the application for us to
provide the best ride experience.
